Selling Fine Homes for over 40 years, Scott has earned the highest designation in Coldwell Banker’s International Presidents Elite and has been in the top 2% of all agents ever since he joined the company. Scott is also qualified as a Previews Agent specializing in fine estates over $2 million dollars.

Scott began his real estate career in 1975 working for the Forest E. Olsen Company in Woodland Hills, California. He had two new listings within the first sixty days and soon became a member of the Million Dollar Club. In 1987 Scott came to Santa Barbara and went to work for a local firm by the name of Mac Elhenny, Levy and Company. Next, he decided to expand his horizons and work as a commercial agent doing leasing and sales. Within his first two weeks he obtained a listing for a $2.2 million property located in Goleta, which is now across the street from the thriving El Camino Real Shopping Center. In 1996 Scott joined Coldwell Banker where he continued to achieve Top Producer status and earned the designation of the Inernational Presidents Premier and Top 100 Agents of Coldwell Banker nationwide. While working at Coldwell  Banker’s top producing Montecito office, Scott solidified his passion for architecture and design and became Director for the Architectural Estate Division.

Scott firmly believes that Real Estate has been and will continue to be a sound diversification for a strong porfolio either as a primary residence or an investment property.
